Our Renovation Process
Step 1.
Free Consultation
We’ll come to you for a free, in-home consultation. After the consultation, we will send you a detailed proposal so you have a clear understanding of everything included in your home improvement project. If you decide to move forward, we’ll make an appointment to come back to your home so we can take care of the paperwork, the initial investment, & bring your project to life.
Step 2.
Material Selection
Depending on your project, we will set an appointment with you for material selection or a design consultation. We assist with material selection, such as cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, sinks, faucets, etc. We walk you through the entire process.
Step 3.
Project Kick-Off
Once all the materials are delivered, we have what we call a “kick-off meeting,” where you meet your project manager & we set a start date. We never start a project before the materials are in stock because we do not want your home to be in disarray any longer than need be. We like to get in and out as quickly as possible.
Step 4.
Project Duration
Once the project starts, your project manager is your point of contact and handles all questions, concerns, scheduling, etc., related to the production of your home renovation project. We are by your side every step of the way.

The Design & Material Selection Process
Depending on your project, whether it is an open concept living space, a kitchen renovation or a bathroom remodel, we will set an appointment for you to meet with one of our designers, in our showroom.
During the material selection process, we assist with all your finish material needs. We help you decide on a theme, styles, colors & finishes. We help you pick items such as cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, sinks, faucets, paint colors, etc. We walk you through the entire process.
